So the first thing that comes to mind is 111. Basically I've been seeing this number consistently since I started my manifestation journey using the Law of Assumption. On the microwave. On the clock. The number of likes someone got on a Facebook post. I see it on the amount of calories on juice at Costco. On my receipt for groceries--literally anywhere and EVERYwhere. It's something silly that I'm proud to have manifested because I know I did it deliberately. Sometimes, when I microwave a snack, I DELIBERATELY put it to 1:11 just for funsies. Needless to say, 111 is really easy to notice on accident but also especially on purpose.
That's what I felt like I was missing with manifesting physical things or situations. The ability to notice representations of my desires on purpose. During the week, I am typically really busy with work and it doesn't occur to me to think about my desires for two reasons. The first reason is that my work day is so starkly separate from the things that I want that it just doesn't come up. The second reason is that there's not really any way to DELIBERATELY notice what I want, and affirmations--either I don't have the time or they just fall flat up against the realness of my 3D reality. Sometimes I found myself being like a weekend warrior with affirmations. Going really hard Friday through Sunday but when Monday comes along, all my momentum goes to shit. Well, I do do about 15 minutes of affirmations twice a day. On my way to and from work.
So I did a couple of things that I've been seeing some results from. First thing I did was increase the frequency of my affirmations. I say them quite literally whenever I have a spare moment. What I noticed with this was that I felt happier. I had a noticeably sunnier disposition than normal the first week I started doing more affirmations. The second thing I did differently was started using visualizations to remind myself of the things that I want throughout my day of doing other shit. I used to think visualizations used too much bandwidth, or that they were too difficult to focus on during a hectic busy day. But I've found that really it just takes a little practice and then your mind goes straight into the visuals without trying so hard --which is magic.
My go-to visualization this: I am sitting up in bed with my grey heated blanked draped over my legs and my laptop perched on my lap. Working on my online store, drinking tea with Costco honey in my green 'spill the tea' coffee mug my youngest son gave me. That's it, and I know it seems pretty simple but it speaks volumes about what I want to be doing with my time versus what I'm actually doing. It's just another way I'm DELIBERATELY noticing what I want. Just like with 111.Hope this post gave you some kind of motivation or inspiration for your own manifestation journey.
