Affirmations, Book Updates, Life Updates etc.
Hi Y'all,
Recently I've been doing a lot of work with affirmations. The thing about affirmations is you have to say them every day for the most effective results. Louise Hay, founder of Hay House publishing has some really good ones in her book I Can Do It. Also, a Youtuber I really like called Leeor Alexandra produced my favorite affirmations right now on the topic of prosperity and abundance. I like the changes I am seeing from doing these affirmations. I'm noticing more abundance coming into my life--oh hell yeah.
In general, I have a more positive outlook on my life, and I am seeing the things I want steadily coming into my experience. And I learned something about the word abundance that changed my perspective a little.
Abundance means a lot of something. I have an abundance of food, an abundance of water, an abundance of unassisted breaths, many many things that we often take for granted that it helps to notice in receiving more of those wanted things. And you've gotta do these affirmations, every day or it's not really effective or stops working!!
Right now I am going over edits for my book *again* because when you put your book into the Kindle program to get it ready for publishing, you are unable to "take it back out" for further edits.
In my case, I needed to change the ISBN number, which is like an identifying # for your book and is kinda a big deal. I have seven days to go back over my book and SCOUR the thing for all the edits I made in the Kindle Create software that is NOT in my word doc file so I can update the hard copy selection. **Deep Breath**
Long story short, I have some work to do this week. And I already got some pre-orders!! *High five to self* It feels really good to be a published author. I still have my real estate school on the back burner, which needs finished, and not sure when that will transpire.
I got a lotta irons in the fire right now, and I am waiting for the right timing to finish/submit projects, and sometimes that can cause impatience. But when you're enjoying the journey, then impatience is irrelevant, right? Focusing on one foot in front of the other...
Love,
Contis
