The Finish Line Is Near: My First book!!

Hi Y'all,
Here's an update on how my progress is doing for my book. If you're new here, you're welcomed to check out some of my book progress posts. As of today, I have just a little shy of 50 thousand words. My goal was 60 thousand so I feel like I'm doing alright, I'm proud of my accomplishment so far.
I extended my deadline from the original aug 31st (4 months) to Sept 11th (4.5 months) and I've been writing my ass off in rain and sleet and snow of other personal goals and leisure time, and all I can say is...

I have all kinds of things floating through my mind. Is my book going to be well received? How long will it take me to edit? Can editing be as fun as writing? And... Oh my god, 4 DAYS!!

I still have a lot to write but I'm gonna get in the groove first and then feel good about my writing no matter how it might sound coming out I know my intentions are good.

And, also... does this make me an author? Writing a blog damn near makes me an author really so yeah. I should change my (not printed yet) business cards to say, author.

The only things I am sure of are a) I want to self-publish -in a planned kinda way and b) I want lots of artwork and illustrations in my book, preferably by child artists.

My husband took all the kids to school so...


And, my house is basically clean so that makes it a lot easier. I make these to-do lists to get stuff done during the day. Although I should probably get to "maintenance" cleaning whatever the fuck that means. HAHAHA... Just kidding!
I am writing, because I'm an author and my book is almost done and I am a beautiful, accomplished smart and sassy author!

 I recently had an experience that shed some light on the whole let go/don't let go debate in the manifestation community. Me and my husband took off last Friday to go to the casino for his birthday weekend. It was spur of the moment, so he didn't even tell me he wanted to go until the day before. Since I already had the day off I said fine, let's go.  Normally when we go to a casino or Vegas or whatever, I hella hype myself up for the gambling portion of the trip. I say things like 'I'm the lucky winner of $X' 'I'm going to win the jackpot' and 'Every time I play, I win'. Affirmations + Angel Numbers- Progress Right Now

So the first thing that comes to mind is 111. Basically I've been seeing this number consistently since I started my manifestation journey using the Law of Assumption. On the microwave. On the clock. The number of likes someone got on a Facebook post. I see it on the amount of calories on juice at Costco. On my receipt for groceries--literally anywhere and EVERYwhere.  It's something silly that I'm proud to have manifested because I know I did it deliberately. Sometimes, when I microwave a snack, I DELIBERATELY put it to 1:11 just for funsies. Needless to say, 111 is really easy to notice on accident but also especially on purpose.  That's what I felt like I was missing with manifesting physical things or situations. The ability to notice representations of my desires on purpose. During the week, I am typically really busy with work and it doesn't occur to me to think about my desires for two reasons. Your Greatest Distraction from Manifestation

 Have you ever complained that there's not enough time in the day to get everything you want to get done accomplished? Between work and chores and getting your obligatory 8 hours of rest in every night (in theory), there's not enough time to manifest your heart's desire? Well, I'm here to tell you that, for 90% of everyone you know, that not having enough time thing is totally bogus. Where is all the time going, you ask. What could possibly be sucking the life out of our schedule so drastically? Hint: It's not your work or school routine. Big shocker, it's technology.  Here's a great exercise to try out: go on your phone and go to Settings. Scroll down until you see 'screen time' or 'digital wellbeing' (for android users). It will show you a bar graph of your cell phone usage and what apps you use and how long you use them. I was quite frankly shocked at how many hours a day I use my phone. My average is still over 4 hours total to this day.
